Sports Alien helps football creators find trends, analyse videos and write scripts in their own voice. To do that we need a small amount of your data. This page explains plainly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, your display name, and the onboarding answers you choose to give us. If you build a voice profile we store the writing samples or public captions you provide so the AI can match your style. If you record a voice sample or upload a profile picture, those files are stored securely in our storage provider. We also keep basic usage information, such as which tools you use, so we can improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used to run Sports Alien for you: signing you in, personalising scripts to your voice, remembering your assistant settings, and generating content you ask for. We use AI providers to generate scripts and analysis. The text you submit for generation is processed by those providers to produce your result and is not used by us to train models.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We never post to your social accounts. We never access private social media data; any social content we analyse is publicly available. We only email you about your account or things you have asked for.
Where it lives
Account data is stored with Supabase and our application is hosted on Vercel. Audio generation uses ElevenLabs, AI text uses Anthropic, and search uses licensed data providers. Each provider processes only what is needed to deliver the feature you used.
Your controls
You can change your display name, avatar, voice profile and assistant name at any time from your account. You can clear your voice profile with one click. If you want your account and its data deleted entirely, email us and we will remove it.
Cookies and sessions
We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your theme. We do not run third party advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will note it here with a new date. Continued use of Sports Alien after a change means you accept the updated policy.
