These terms are the agreement between you and Sports Alien when you use sportsalien.com. Short version: use the tools to make great football content, keep your account honest, and check facts before you publish.
Your account
You need an account to use the tools. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age where you live) to use Sports Alien.
The service
Sports Alien provides AI powered tools for football content creators: trend discovery, video analysis, script writing in your voice, channel strategy and audio playback. The service is currently free while in beta. Paid plans may be introduced later; if that happens we will tell you clearly before anything is charged.
AI content
Scripts, analysis and insights are generated by AI grounded in live data. We work hard on accuracy, but AI output can contain mistakes, and match facts can change quickly. You are responsible for checking anything you publish. AI output on Sports Alien is yours to use in your content — we claim no ownership of the scripts you generate.
Your content
Writing samples, recordings and images you provide stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the features you use, such as matching your writing voice. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Fair use
Do not abuse the platform: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, no using the tools to produce spam, hate, harassment or misleading content, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third party platforms
Sports Alien analyses publicly available content from social platforms and provides data via official APIs where available. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social platform, club or competition.
Liability
Sports Alien is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the performance of content you publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, which during the free beta is zero.
